UNDERSTANDING

Why can’t they understand us? Why do we have to explain over and over again the same story? It’s that time of the month: cramping, mood swings. “You don’t know what a woman goes through”.

“You’re faking”, they say. “Why can’t you understand”, we say. Men and women are so different but they don’t want to see that unless it suits them.

Why do we try to understand them? Why do we go out of our way to please them? I want some, give me some, I need some. “You don’t understand a man’s needs”. We give in.

Why? We want to understand.
Do they? Are their needs greater?

We think so because we tend to theirs and neglect our own.
“It’s okay, I’m used to it, He’s a man”. That’s what we say. There is always an excuse. When will we learn?
In order for them to understand; we must!
