An Angel’s Kiss

I knew you were there
For I felt your presence, your love, and heard your words.
The sound so beautiful, like the singing of birds.

Opening my eyes, I saw you standing there.
I took one last breath, shed one last tear.

No longer feeling pain or in the way of harm.
For I am with my heavenly Father, enveloped in His arms.

Upon this earth I no longer roam.
God has moved me into my new home.

Oh how pretty and the smell so sweet.
The Great One I finally got to meet.

So don’t cry tears of sorrow for me
I am at peace.
Yes I got my wings and with the angels I sing.

And when you feel the wind amidst,
Know that it’s from me…An Angel’s Kiss.

Soaring on China’s Cloud

Poetry is like art
There’s no right or wrong way to interpret
Purest form whether written, spoken or acted
It’s unique as you are

As you soar on china’s cloud
Feel free, enveloped, loved
Elevated to heights never experienced or envisioned

Let my words soothe your mind, open your heart, and entice your soul
Experience me
Know me as some may never know me
As I have come to know myself

For you see, before I could soar on china’s cloud
I had to come out of the darkness
Embrace life—find my cloud

Will you soar?
